One of our previous initiatives included a six weeks summer coding camp; directed towards young minds, classes were provided in Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and covered all of the essentials needed to kickstart a productive learning experience in programming. During those weeks, we were also able to acquire some knowledgeable guest speakers, including professors graduating from Stanford and Berkeley, to share some of their experiences in computer science with our keen learners. We have already had a lot of success with our mission, but we aim to expand this program even further to encompass more students, more instructors, and more guest speakers. However, since we're committed to keeping classes free and accessible to everyone, this scaling requires a little more than what we can obtain on our own. This is where your help becomes crucial. Any donations you may be able to offer goes to a fund dedicated to purchasing computers and other technological supplies for the underprivileged communities. They would also make a dramatic difference in helping us take this initiative to the next level, and truly making an impact on future generations. PARTNER WITH US
According to the National Center for Education Statistics, 14% of kids aged 3-18 do not have access to the internet at home. Nine million students face difficulties adapting to online learning. Here at IYM2C, our goal is to donate our sponsorship funds to underprivileged communities and neighborhoods in order to help give all children an equal opportunity regarding learning. For instance, we plan on using some of our funds to donate tech supplies in order to aid students with their academic and technological interests. By sponsoring us, businesses will have the opportunity to fund our efforts to aid the children who do not have the tools to pursue their passion. Additionally, IYM2CÂ will use sponsorship money to improve our nonprofit; this money will be used to reach a wider audience and garner more interest in our organization. We will use our funds to purchase more resources in order to improve the learning experience for the students in our program. Help us make this change by partnering/sponsoring us.
VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME
This is one of the simplest ways to help out our cause. We believe the best way for our programs to be successful is for the community to be involved in aiding us in teaching kids how to code.
